Acceptance of Terms
By using God's Plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who May Use It
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old, to use God's Plan. If you are under the age of majority, use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
What God's Plan Does
God's Plan aggregates publicly available and account-based information — such as award seat availability, flight timetables, mileage calculators, and hotel offers — from airlines and travel providers, and presents it in one place for your personal reference.
Third-Party Services
Flight, hotel, and program data comes from third parties — airlines, hotel groups, booking sites, rail operators, and loyalty programs — including but not limited to those whose names appear in the app. God's Plan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and their names, logos, and marks are used only to identify whose information is shown. Your use of their services through the app remains subject to their own terms. When you sign in to a third-party service, your credentials are submitted directly to that service and are never sent to us.
Mini Apps
A mini app acts as your user agent, in the same way a web browser does: it requests a provider's own publicly accessible pages and interfaces from your device, over your network connection, and presents the response in a more readable layout. We do not proxy those requests through our servers, and we do not host, cache, or redistribute the response. A mini app does not bypass authentication, access controls, or paywalls; where a provider requires a sign-in, you sign in to that provider yourself. Content obtained through a mini app remains the property of the provider it came from and is subject to that provider's own terms, and you may use it for personal, non-commercial reference only. Provider names and marks appear solely to identify whose information is shown; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. Information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, so verify anything you rely on with the provider. You are responsible for your own use of a mini app, including compliance with the law where you are. The notice shown before you first open a mini app is a summary of this section; this section governs.
Advertising and Referral Links
Some entries in the app are advertising. Referral mini apps — and any tile marked as a promotion — carry our referral code or affiliate link, and we may earn a commission, credit, or other benefit when you sign up or buy through one. That is the whole reason those entries exist, and we say so here rather than leaving you to guess. It costs you nothing extra, but it does mean these entries are not neutral recommendations: the offer, its price, its terms, and whether it is right for you are set by the provider, not by us, and you should compare before you commit. Everything the provider sells you is sold by the provider under its own terms, and we are not a party to that transaction.
Our Own Content
Some of what the app shows is ours: the wallpapers, our own photographs, the Editor's Guide entries we write, and the app's design, text, and code. That material is protected by copyright and remains ours. You may use it personally inside the app — including setting a wallpaper on your own device — but you may not redistribute, resell, or publish it elsewhere without our permission. Where a page shows material from a third party instead, it stays that party's, on the terms described above.
Entry Documents and Government Forms
Some mini apps open an official government or airport page for an entry card, visa, or travel authorization. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government, agency, or airport authority, and nothing in the app is immigration, visa, or legal advice. We do not submit an application on your behalf and never see what you enter on those pages; you deal with the authority directly, on its own site, under its own rules and fees. Requirements change without notice and differ by nationality, so confirm what applies to you with the relevant authority or your carrier before you travel. Any consequence of a missing, late, or incorrect entry document is yours.
Custom AI Provider
You may connect an AI service of your own choosing to answer Chat. That service is provided by you or its vendor under their own terms, which govern your use of it; any fees it charges are yours to pay. We do not operate, endorse, or control it, and are not responsible for its availability, its handling of data you send it, or the accuracy of its answers. AI-generated answers can be wrong — always verify important details with the airline, hotel, or provider before booking.
Your Account
Signing in with Apple is optional. It identifies you within the app and enables cross-device iCloud sync for supported data. You may sign out at any time in Settings, and you may use the app without an account; guest data remains on that device.
Acceptable Use
The app is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use it in a way that places unreasonable load on third-party services, circumvents their access controls, or violates their terms of use.
Community Content
Posting to the Guide requires an approved writer application, and every post is reviewed before it appears. We may decline a post without publishing it. Once approved, a post is visible to everyone using the app, and by posting you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it to other users in the app. You agree not to post content that is offensive, unsafe, infringing, unlawful, or spam. If a post is declined you can edit it and submit it again. We may hide or remove posts, and may withdraw writing access at any time, for violations or at our discretion; posts already published stay up unless we remove them. We act on reports typically within 24 hours. Report content through the in-app report action or at feedback@startway.io.
No Warranty
Availability, pricing, and schedule information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always verify details with the airline or provider before booking. The app is provided \u{201C}as is\u{201D} without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including missed bookings, fare or award changes, or decisions made based on information shown in the app.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the app at any time, and Delete Account in Settings removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access, or withdraw a feature, if you breach these terms, if a provider requires it, or if we stop offering the app. Sections that by their nature should survive — ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — continue to apply after your access ends.
Apple App Store Terms
These terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and consumer protection claims, and for any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any U.S. Government restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your own place of residence.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
